Questions from helpers
Is it really free?
Yes. Creating a profile, being listed and applying to jobs is free for helpers. Never pay anyone who asks for money to give you a job.
What do I need to sign up?
Your name, an email address and a password. Then a short step-by-step profile: your details, the work you want, your experience and a clear photo. You can save and continue later.
Who checks my profile?
A member of the Nannest team reviews every profile before it is published. If something is missing, we tell you what to change.
Do I have to upload my ID?
No – identity verification is optional. If you choose to do it, your document is stored privately, is never shown on the site and is only seen by the administrators who review it.
Will I definitely get a job?
We can't promise that – families choose who to contact. A complete, honest profile with a clear photo gives you the best chance.
