Terms of use

1. The service

Nannest is a directory and job board. We are not an employment agency, recruiter or employer. We do not place workers, negotiate contracts, or guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users. Any agreement is between the family and the helper.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, keep your password secure and not share your account. Helpers may create one profile only. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.

3. Profiles, jobs and content

You are responsible for what you post. Do not post false, misleading, offensive, discriminatory or illegal content, other people's personal data, or content that infringes rights. Every profile is reviewed before publication and we may edit, reject, hide or remove content at our discretion.

4. Verification

Identity verification is optional and confirms identity only. It is not a background check and does not verify employment history, references, character, legal or visa status or qualifications. Families must perform their own due diligence.

5. Fees

The service is currently free for helpers and families. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be clearly described before any charge is made. Never pay another user an upfront fee.

6. Prohibited use

No scraping, spam, harassment, fraud, unlicensed recruitment, or use of the service in breach of local labour, immigration or data protection laws.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the service or from any arrangement between users.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
