How Nannest works

A simple, honest directory. Helpers create profiles, we review them, families contact helpers directly.

For families

  1. Step 1

    Search

Filter by city, type of help, live-in/out, languages, experience and salary. Save the ones you like.

  2. Step 2

    Contact directly

Message on WhatsApp, call, or send an inquiry. There are no agency fees or middlemen.

  3. Step 3

    Interview and check

Meet in a safe place, ask for references and inspect original documents yourself before hiring.

For helpers

  1. Step 1

    Create your profile

A short step-by-step form: your details, work preferences, experience, photos. Save and continue any time.

  2. Step 2

    We review it

A person reads every profile before it is published. If something is missing we tell you exactly what to change.

  3. Step 3

    Optional identity verification

Upload a government ID privately. If it checks out you get the Identity Verified badge, which families trust.

What “Identity Verified” means

The badge means a member of our team reviewed a government-issued identity document (for example an Emirates ID, resident ID, passport or national ID) and found that it matches the profile name and photo.

It does not mean that we verified employment history, references, character, legal or visa status, or professional qualifications. Families should always carry out their own checks.

Documents are stored privately, are visible only to authorised administrators, are never shown on the site, and are deleted according to our retention rules.

Safety tips

  • Never pay a helper, family or “agent” an upfront fee through this site.
  • Meet first in a public place or with someone else present.
  • Ask to see original documents and contact previous employers.
  • Follow local labour and visa rules for domestic workers.
  • Report suspicious profiles using the “Report” link – our team reviews every report.
