About Nannest

Nannest helps families in the United Arab Emirates find domestic help – and helps maids, nannies and babysitters find good families.

What we do

Nannest is an online directory. Helpers create a free profile describing their experience, skills, languages and the kind of job they want. A member of our team reviews every profile before it is published. Families browse the profiles, save the ones they like and contact helpers. Families can also post jobs and let helpers apply.

What we are not

Nannest is not a recruitment or placement agency. We do not employ helpers, sponsor visas, arrange contracts or charge placement fees. Families and helpers deal with each other directly and remain responsible for following UAE employment and visa rules.

How we approach trust

Profile review. A person reads every profile before it goes live. Incomplete or suspicious profiles are sent back or not published.
Optional identity verification. Helpers can have a government-issued ID reviewed privately. If it matches the profile, the profile shows an Identity Verified badge. It confirms identity only – read exactly what it covers.
Private document handling. ID documents are never shown on the site and are visible only to authorised administrators.
Reports. Anyone can report a profile. Our team reviews every report.
